Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up, log in, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, company or store name, and authentication details through our identity provider (Auth0).

Commerce platform data. When you connect Shopify, Amazon, or Meta/Google Ads, you authorize us to access data from those platforms, including orders, products, inventory, settlements, traffic, and advertising spend. This includes revenue, fees, COGS, sessions, conversion rates, and the other data needed to compute fee-aware, FX-normalized contribution margin and the metrics shown in your dashboard.

Website analytics data. Our marketing site uses Google Tag Manager and Vercel Analytics, which collect aggregate, non-identifying information such as pages visited, referrer, approximate location, and device type.

Contact and support data. When you submit a form on our site (hosted by JotForm) or email us at hello@sellrics.com, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Service, including computing contribution margin, FX normalization, channel comparison, inventory signals, alerts, and AI-assisted analysis.
• Improve the Service through product development, troubleshooting, and analytics.
• Communicate with you about your account, respond to support requests, and — with your consent — send product updates.
• Protect the security and integrity of the Service, detect abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or your commerce data to third parties. Your commerce data is used only to provide the Service to you.

The Service is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Your data is stored in Azure SQL and Azure Data Lake Storage, segmented per tenant. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and access is controlled through Auth0 authentication and per-tenant authorization. Your commerce data is accessible only to your account.

We rely on the following service providers to operate the Service. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Commerce platform APIs — Shopify, Amazon (SP-API), Meta, and Google — accessed only with your authorization.
• Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure, including Azure Functions, SQL Server, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Key Vault.
• Auth0 — authentication and identity management.
• Vercel — hosting for our marketing website.
• Google Tag Manager and Vercel Analytics — website analytics.
• JotForm — contact forms.

We retain your commerce data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support reconnection and historical reporting. When you disconnect a connector, we remove the connection, its schedules, and its stored credentials. Deletion or de-identification of data is performed when required by law (for example, in response to a verified data-deletion request). Website analytics and contact data are retained according to the retention periods of the tools we use.

• Access and correction. Email hello@sellrics.com to request a copy of, or corrections to, the personal information we hold about you.
• Deletion. You may request deletion of your personal information and commerce data.
• Revoke platform access. Disconnect a connector in your dashboard or revoke the OAuth grant in the platform itself at any time.
• Marketing communications. You may opt out of any marketing emails we send.
• Statutory rights. Where applicable law provides additional rights (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), we will honor verifiable requests within the timeframes required by law.

Our marketing site uses Google Tag Manager and Vercel Analytics, which may set cookies or use similar technologies to collect aggregate usage statistics. We use this data to understand how visitors use our site; we do not use it to build profiles across other websites or to sell data. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at hello@sellrics.com and we will delete it.

Your data is processed in the United States and Europe. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these regions. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
